Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct music enlightenment classes for children aged 3-6 years, integrating games, and interactive activities develop their understanding of musical rhythm and introduce basic music theory concepts.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations for students.
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students.
- Assist in closing new student deals and maintaining relationships with existing students, with commission.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their musical development.
- Plan and conduct group music activities and performances.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate music programs and events.
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Music or Music Education, preferably with a specialization in early childhood education.
- Previous teaching experience required, previous experience in early childhood education or classroom settings is preferred
- Ability to engage and motivate students in a creative and interactive manner
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Experience working with children of different age groups and backgrounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Language proficiency: English, Mandarin or Cantonese

Salary: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
