Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational curricula for vocal, dance, and modelling, ensuring a comprehensive and high-quality learning experience.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the education department
- Monitor student progress and ensure satisfactory academic development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.
- Train and supervise education staff.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in education.
- Regularly communicate with students and parents, collaborating to enhance learning outcomes.
- Provide leadership and support to teachers and staff, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
- Coordinate school marketing activities and student enrollment, including organizing and participating in art events and competitions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of educational leadership or management role within an arts education environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership abilities to motivate and manage teams.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of major art events and competitions.
- Strong writing skills, proficiency in various office software, and familiarity with social platforms.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $48,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
