Requirements and Qualifications:
- Basic administrative skills for supporting construction team responding to inbox inquiries
- Background in accounting functions is preferred
- Diligent and detail oriented
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of Sage 50 and Jonas Premier software would be an asset but not required
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical skills with strong accuracy
- Extremely trustworthy and professional
Duties and Responsibilities
- Posting accounts payable from receiving approvals, entering into software, payments and filing
- Monitor inbox and manage supporting documentation
- Prepare cheque runs
- Provide accounting and administrative clerical assistance to the team
- Filing documents
- Participate in ad-hoc assignments or special projects
Organizational Skills
- Effectively prioritize tasks and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent communication for liaising with vendors in an amicable, prompt and professional manner
- Strong business and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Passionate about neat and organized work

- Competitive salary starting at $20 to $25 an hour which will be reviewed after completion of the three-month probation period;
