Responsibilities:
– Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations
– Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
– Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience
– Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining databases
– Assist with organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
– Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail or packages
– Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirement:
– Fluent in both English and Mandarin
– Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) for document creation and collaboration
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
– Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
– Experience working in a immigration consulting office is an advantage
