CUSTOMER SERVICE / RECEIPTIONIST
WE ARE HIRING!! One of the well-known local courier companies in lower mainland and we are in business for more than 30 years. We are currently looking for a full time receptionist/data entry position in our Richmond office.
The responsibilities includes but not limited to :
- Answering phone calls
- Accurately entering trip orders into the dispatch system
- Supporting dispatcher with any customer or driver enquiries
- Other Administrative duties may require
The candidates must be :
- fluent in verbal and written English (Cantonese is optional)
- Computer literacy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Complete trip entries in timely manner
- Work under pressure
Working hours : Monday – Friday from 9am to 5pm (Major holidays/occasions hours may change)
