Senior Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong relationships with clients, and leading initiatives to enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of customer service expertise and sales acumen, with a proven track record in technology sales. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is highly desirable.

Duties:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer base
• Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to foster long-term partnerships
• Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and promote products/services

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or related fields
• Strong business development skills with a focus on achieving targets
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
• Experience in telemarketing or direct sales is a requirement
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is a big plus
• A solid understanding of market trends and customer needs within the industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00-$127,600.00 per year
