Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing and executing various construction projects. You are responsible for managing and ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meeting quality requirements. If you have experience in construction management and have strong organizational skills, we would like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise construction projects from beginning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and collaborating with subcontractors, suppliers, and designers to fulfill the client’s needs.
Coordinate project teams and vendors to ensure optimal utilization of project resources. Prepare and update project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and change orders. Assist in resolving issues and challenges encountered during projects. Establish and maintain relationships with clients. Communicate with governmental authorities; proficiency in English is required.
Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints.
Strong communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $38,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
