Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process online English orders, responsible for forwarding order information to vendors.
- Manage post-order processing tasks, continuously monitor order status to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist English-speaking customers via online channels or customer hotline, provide accurate information and solutions to resolve customer inquiries.
- Promptly log and provide feedback on customer needs and suggestions, maintain records, and compile reports.
- Collaborate and communicate with regional managers to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Willing to engage in customer service work, with relevant experience being a plus.
- Proficient in Mandarin with excellent patience, communication, coordination skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Open to learning new things, proficient in computer operations.
- Demonstrates strong adaptability and coordination skills, capable of independently handling unforeseen events.
