What You’ll Be Up To:

• Say hello! Welcome customers with a warm smile and make them feel right at home.

• Matchmaker skills. Help customers find the perfect car that ticks all their boxes.

• Take the wheel. Lead exciting test drives and show off the coolest features of our vehicles.

• Stay on top of it. Keep track of leads, follow up with potential buyers, and keep your sales pipeline organized.

• Dial it in. Use your phone skills to connect with customers and set up appointments.

• Team up. Work closely with our finance team to make the buying process smooth and stress-free.

• Stay in the know. Keep yourself updated on the latest car trends, dealership offers, and inventory.

• Be the hero. Provide amazing after-sales support to keep our customers coming back.

What You’ll Need

• Fluency in Punjabi/Hindu or Mandarin (required—we’ve got a diverse customer base!)

• At least 2 years of automotive sales experience under your belt.

• Top-notch customer service skills and the ability to solve problems like a pro.

• Strong organizational skills—you’ll be juggling lots of tasks.

• Experience with sales techniques and closing deals like a champ.

• Excellent communication skills to wow our customers in person and over the phone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00-$72,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Experience:

• Automotive sales: 2 years (preferred)
