Job Description
This is a 12 month contract
Huawei Canada has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner (New Grad) who will assist with our key HR initiatives. This position will be based in Vancouver, BC and will report to the Director of Human Resources.
Provide assistance with developing key HR initiatives and HR solutions based on business development requirements.
Work with business directors to provide guidance and support in the areas of talent management, employee relationships, HR processes optimization and improvement of the quality and efficiency of HR work through effective operations.
Effectively pass on core values and create a healthy and dynamic organizational climate.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Mandarin
Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources Management and/or equivalent work experience.
Have an understanding of each HR module
