What you will do:
As an Sales Team Manager you will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising a sales team.
Effectively probing to uncover customers needs
educating on various alarm and smart home products and services
tailor benefits and features to unique situations
building rapport/engagement
sell based on needs
close sales effectively
Some sales leads will be provided but successful teams will create their own leads.
Freedom to set own schedule

Pay will be primarily commission based. For the first 30 days you’ll be paid commission only while we train you on our products and you develop your skills and techniques. Once you’ve proven your capability for sales then regular salary plus commission will be negotiated.
Please note: All successful candidates will be required to undergo a Criminal Background Check, and be 19 years or older in order to obtain a security license.
