Position Responsibilities:
Provide quality customer service to new and existing clients.
Complete customer transactions in a courteous, accurate and timely manner.
Process counter transactions in a manner that meets customer expectations.
Identify sales opportunities and make referrals to the sales team for follow-up and closure so as to meet business goals set by the Branch.
Provide administrative support to Personal Banking Representatives and the Operations Officer.
Qualifications:
Be fluent in English and Mandarin OR Cantonese;
Accuracy and attention to details;
Proven customer service, sales, cash handling experience or equivalent;
College Diploma or higher level of educational achievement in relevant fields in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration;
Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and analytic skills;
Proficiency with computers and software tools, the ability to quickly adapt our internal systems and software packages;
At least one year of work experience.
