Position Summary*
This position will be working closely with our architects to develop the packages for our projects. The person would have knowledge about the building industry with a good skillset of related softwares.
Requirement*
Experienced with software including Vectorworks, Sketchup, Adobe set (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Good knowledge of AutoCad, Rhino, and Rendering
Previous experience for Graphic design
Must be able to read architectural drawings and create shop drawings.
Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
Experience*
1 – 2 years working experience in related industry.
Previous experience about the schematic design, the City submission process and consultant coordination
Part-time hours: 25 per week
