Delivery Operation Coordinator*
The Delivery Operation Coordinator will become a subject matter expert on transaction tracking and intraday operation fundamentals including: efficient and effective delivery group management at cost-driven level; real-time customer transaction monitoring, reporting, escalating known issues, and tools troubleshooting in a customer support operation; timely and efficient communication with Technical Support Team for data and technical error correction and development needs. You may also be asked for insights and recommendations for process improvements based on data reporting/tasks as assigned by the Manager or Vendor Operations. This role also works with support leaders to ensure service levels are reached throughout the day. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical and communicative skills with good management ability.

Make data-driven recommendations to directors to execute key initiatives at delivery and operation area.
Prevent & reduce order defect rates, including order cancellations and missing and incorrect items.
Reduce the time dashers waste waiting for merchants to prepare food after arriving.
Support marketing initiatives at local premium merchants by making sure merchants and the fleet are able to fulfil extra demand based on driving force.
Solve logistics problems that disproportionately impact urban, local premium markets such as vehicle type optimization, traffic, building entry, etc.
Act into different roles whenever needed in operation including as a delivery man for emergent needs.
Design and execute operational tests to inform business cases for product improvements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal support team on intraday requests.
Work across departments and teams to ensure data accuracy from customers and to merchants.

Qualifications*
At least two years of experience in management consulting, strategy, marketing, e-Commerce, or operations.
Proven track record of executing initiatives, working cross-functionally, and delivering on results.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team management.
Experience in an environment that is product or people focused.
Excellent analytical abilities (strong proficiency with Excel required).
Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
