We are seeking a conveyancer to join our small but busy notary office in the Metrotown area of Burnaby.
JOB DESCRIPTION*: Handling of all document preparation for real estate transactions from beginning to end. Assist with the creation of various types of legal documents such as Statutory Declarations.
QUALIFICATION’S*:
Conveyancing experience or successful completion of conveyancing courses;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat;
Must have good organizational skills in order to multitask efficiently;
An exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
Must be exceptionally well organized and be able to work on your own;
Effective communication skills – both verbal and written;
Preference is given to those fluent in English and Mandarin. Fluency in Cantonese would be an asset;
Highly accountable, willingness to take on tasks as needed.
