1.At lease 5 years or more builder and general contractor work experience.
2.Excellent communication and organizational skills
3.Flexible schedule
4.Familiar with Microsoft office software Auto CAD and etc.
5. Experience with residential and commercial building such as townhouse, swimming pool, water park etc.
6.Determine project roles, responsibilities, and deadlines for each team member
7.Make sure that the project is being completed effectively on time and on budget
8.Has resource or connection with local subcontractor.
9.Excellent communication and organizational skills
