They need people who share their vision and The Gain Group is now recruiting a Service & Parts Manager for a Polestar Space in Vancouver BC.
What you’ll do
Polestar has created one of the most innovative vehicles ever made, and you will help deliver an equally innovative and unforgettable customer experience. You will also provide strong operational management for the departments.
As a Service & Parts Manager, you will Coordinate, manage and provide direction to the Service and Parts teams
· Act as a role model of Polestar’s culture and behaviours, supporting cooperation and ongoing learning
· Be a driver of innovation, change, and ongoing improvement
· Inspire and coach the Service and Parts teams to drive change and development in pursuit of best practices
· Be knowledgeable about Polestar’s corporate strategies, goals and guidelines
· Be currently informed of the market for electric vehicles on the lower mainland and Polestar’s role in supporting a green society
· Be knowledgeable of the market for Volvo performance parts
· Create and maintain a positive relationship with customers, making customer satisfaction a priority
· Be knowledgeable about the statutory requirements for occupational health and safety, fire safety, and environmental protection

Your experience
To be successful in this role, you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the Polestar brand, their dedication to design, and their commitment to sustainability. You must also have:
· More than 2 years of experience in an automotive service and parts environment
· More than 2 years of experience in leadership and people management
· Experience working in retail environments with strong branded experiences
· Fluent in English
· Mandarin is an asset
This role will require
· A valid driving license and safe driving record
· A criminal record check will be required upon hire
· The ability to work evenings and weekends
