We are looking for an immediate Supply Chain Coordinator to meet current business needs of the company. This position will be responsible for the coordination and scheduling of logistical needs that are within the scope of our current client base. This individual will directly assist in the management of our logistic network, logistic systems and direct daily operations throughout the entire network.
The right candidate will be a proactive, strategic thinker around operational processes and designs to obtain optimal results. Possessing great judgment, communication and collaborating among multiple departments will be essential to the continued progression of the business.

The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Responsibilities
Coordinate all freight flow, clearance and delivery of import and export goods.
Plan and manage transport of all incoming and outgoing goods – air, ocean, and trucking
Reconcile inventory reports for shipments affiliated with warehouse distribution
Prepare and processes all required documents by carriers
Track incoming ocean cargo
Track incoming domestic shipments
Coordinate payment of all freight shipments
Collaborate with sales team to coordinate the timely movement of all goods
Arrange the transfer of raw materials between Distribution Centers
Track and analyze transport costs
Check carrier invoices for accuracy
Being the main point of contact for shipping information to the between the sales department and the customers
Key Qualifications:
Prior experience with freight forwarding an asset
Proficient with Microsoft Excel a must
Proven experience using ERP systems to manage logistics
Previous experience with customer service and operations is an asset
Willingness to take on responsibilities and learn from their mistakes
A team player that enjoys working in a fast-pace environment
Can demonstrate solid analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Detailed orientated with the ability to maintain high degree of accuracy
Ability to multi-task and manage timelines well
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong Data Entry Skills – Alpha Numeric
Bilingualism in Chinese is a strong asset
