[Available Position: Kitchen Helper]
Clock-in at work on time and be uniformed adhere to the company dress code
Helpand support in preparing food item such as slicing meat, washing vegetables, preparing broth, vegetables, seafood and sauce and washing dishes according to kitchen standard
Control and monitor inventory
Prevent damage and waste of food and kitchen ware
Refill condiments and other supplies
Unpack and store supplies in desginated area
Regularly clean and sanitize work station, kitchen equipment and utensils
Comply withestablished department policies, procedures and objectives regarding quality assurance, safety and sanitization
Sweep and mop floors
Sort and remove garbage regularly
Perform other duties as needed
[What you will need]
Must speak English fluently and be able to write in basic English
Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long hours
Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays
