Temporary Position with Opportunity to Extend to Permanent Role at Growing Financial Services Company

Your primary responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Operations Team in the Migration Project of a back-office system
Working and communicating closely with different advisors and stakeholders
Drafting & issuing corporate announcements and following-up closely to adhere to the timeline of the Project
To excel in this role and demonstrate you are a well-rounded candidate to support the company’s operations, you should be organized, have excellent communications skills (written & verbal) and able to work independently while leveraging existing tools and technology to meet deadlines. You will take ownership of this role and Project.
Requirements:
2 years of experience of administrative work, preferably in the insurance and investment industry
Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
Proven written and verbal communication skills
Work well in a fast-paced environment and detail-oriented
Fluency in Cantonese & Mandarin a strong asset
Permanent resident
Remuneration:
$15/hour
More benefits offered if transferred to Permanent Position
