TAI Solutions Ltd. focuses on providing the best glass and railing hardware products as well as installation. The company is located in Delta, BC and is looking to hire a clerical office worker, position starts in January, 2020. The job is to assist with maintaining stock inventory and sales records, data entry, answering telephones, and greeting clients.
Responsibilities
Monitoring of sales orders and tracking of billing & delivery
Reconciliation of accounting records, creating monthly statements for customers
Assisting client visitors, new and old alike, with familiarizing and sales of our product and service offerings
Answering phone calls
Processing mail and couriers
Office service support, such as printing, copying, document archiving, etc.
Qualifications
High school diploma or higher
Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese
1 year+ previous office reception experience is preferred
Compensation
$15-$20/hr

Full-time, 40 hours/week
