The Corporate Finance President has to provide wide range of services to our clients across North America, Mainland China and Hong Kong SAR. He or she must have solid finance experiences and investors’ network in Mainland China and Hong Kong. He or she will manage corporate, strategic and financial opportunities for our clients
He or she may also provide strategic advice to our clients and identify alternative strategic arrangements.

Responsibilities: *
The main role of the Corporate Finance President is to advise our clients on how to achieve their financial goals, implement and assist to carry out long and short-term financial plans.
He or she will work in a dedicated team, focusing on specific clients or market sectors. He or she also work alongside other related professionals such as lawyers and accountants, etc.
Job activities include but not limited to:
l thoroughly researching market conditions and developments
l identifying new business opportunities
l carrying out financial modelling and technical feasibility, then developing and presenting appropriate financial solutions to clients
l management of client relationships
l co-ordinating and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors, teams of professionals, including accountants, lawyers and PR consultants and working closely with them
l ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time
l developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
l reporting to the board of directors as needed
l managing the relationship with the client
l tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
l meeting budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
l developing comprehensive plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
l performing various valuation methods: comparable companies, precedents, and DCF.
l performing due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions
l Participate in selecting middle managers or other executive staff and delegating the necessary financial authority to them
l Overall manager of the financial department
Requirements: *
l A degree in finance or a relevant field from an accredited institution
l A minimum of 10 years related and senior management experience
l Strong and proven experience in Mainland China and Hong Kong, particularly with listed companies
l Those who have their own business networks in Mainland China and Hong Kong will be preferred
l Working knowledge of deal structuring and closing principals
l Strong communication and networking skills
l Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese
l Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner.
l Strong financial modeling, numerical and analytical skills
l Experience at board of directors level
l Excellent team work and team leadership skills
l Ability to work under pressure and cope well in stressful situations.
