THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Receptionist you are responsible for answering and transferring incoming calls, greeting clients and other coordinating tasks. We are seeking someone with strong communication and client service skills to join our Richmond location in a regular full time position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Receptionist you will:

Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department in a friendly and professional manner

Communicating with dealership representatives in order to dispatch Insurance Advisors in a timely manner

Receive and deliver messages and faxes

Answer questions about organization and provide callers with address, directions, and other information as required

Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating

Organize mail, separating mail to insurance carriers and other offices, and prepare for pickup

Management of surrendered plates

Assist with the scheduling template

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

As the successful candidate, you will bring:

2 years of reception experience in a fast paced environment preferred

Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese considered an asset

Solid MS office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)Strong client service experience and multitasking skills

Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team as well as independently

Excellent communication written and verbally

Ability to work in a faced pace environment while maintaining organization and efficiency

Ability to work in a structure professional environment
