Responsibilities:
· Make a strategical long-term plan to guide students’ extracurricular activities and skill promotions.
· Provide guidelines on how to plan and participate in volunteer activities, workshops and projects.
· Make analysis on different programs, provide counseling by summarizing the pros and cons of each program and activity.
· Complete information collection and build up a database of various social practices suitable for students.
· Connect to Research and Development Institution/Labs in the US and Canada, evaluate and choose the valuable projects to build up CO-OPs in the long term.
· On behalf of the company to develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, present the company’s culture and educational philosophy.

Qualifications:
· With a passion for youth’s education, well understand youth’s psychology
· Strong communication skills internally and externally
· Strong analytical skills, make decisions and take actions quickly
· Proficiency to manage multi projects under time pressure
· At least three years experience in youth’s extracurricular activities
· Bachelor or above degree in education-related, Bilingual of English and Mandarin is preferred
