We are looking for a dedicated, reliable, detail-oriented, and organized individual for our full-time warehouse position to join our team of professionals. *
POSITION SUMMARY*
As a Procurement Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be ensuring material availability for our warehouses, manufacturing and sales floor. Other responsibilities include managing inventory levels, supporting material/product level revisions, interacting/coordinating with suppliers on a variety of topics, and supporting other business functions as required. *

RESPONSIBILITIES.
Place purchase orders with suppliers for the procurement of production material as required by forecast and the production schedule
Determine and establish optimal inventory levels based on forecast, demand variation and material lead times
Liaise with finance department for physical inventory counts
Managing existing vendor relationships for the purpose of re-ordering and keeping our best selling items in stock
Creating new items in our ERP system, which will include assembly items and items with variants
Managing inventory lists and the bills of materials that comprise our assembly items to make sure that data such as BoM components, costing, pricing and vendor information are accurate
REQUIREMENTS
BA (or equivalent certification) in Supply Chain, Business or Logistics an asset
CPP/CPPM/CPPC Certification highly valued
Experience with ERP Systems – Familiarity with Netsuite is an asset
Proficient with MS Office and G-suite – advanced skills with MS Excel
Strong sense of urgency & attention to detail
Excellent organization, communication, time management, and follow-up skills
Able to work well independently and with a team of professionals
Ability to self-direct and take constructive action in a fast paced environment
Extremely high standards of excellence
Analytical with a methodical approach to problem solving
Experience establishing and employing demand-pull material planning method
Knowledge of Mandarin an asset and highly valued

Salary: $20-$24 per hour OR salary of $47,000 per annum to start
