JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND TASKS-*
The position is responsible for the processing of the frozen meat raw materials into the final freeze-dried pet foods treat that meet specifications and standards.
The position has the duty to ensure the quality, hygiene, and standards of the process and products are in line with Canature’s quality assurance programs.
Daily machine checking follows the checklist.
Complete work record.
Load in and out chambers.
Identify and resolve the freeze dry system problems and report to lead hands.
Resolve and report emergent problems.
During a shift, the freeze-dry system operator will operate process equipment including:
· Blast freezer
· Freeze dry chamber
· Freeze dry system
· Tray carts etc.
PRODUCTION LINE STAFF NEED TO HAVE THE ABILITY: *
Highly time controlled and work efficiently
Working individual
Observe all safety measures
Identifies operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance results
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Knowledge of Word and Excel
Handle heavy-duty tray cars
Can work in both Nightshift and Dayshift
Work in a temperature-controlled refrigerated/chilled work-space
Good at logic thinking
Speaking/understanding Mandarin will be considered a strong asset
Having a background in the food industry or food science fields will be a strong asset.

Schedule*: day shift and night shift; 12 hours per shift and 7 shifts biweekly (84 working hours biweekly).
