Process AP and handle payroll in a timely manner;
Collect receivables;
Perform reconciliations of bank accounts to ensure accuracy;
Purchase supplies as needed;
Issue invoices and statements to customers and funding agencies;
Prepare and validate suppliers’ invoices;
Record cash receipts and make bank deposits;
Admin Supports as needed.
