What We Look For*
Positive attitude
Proficiency in English communications (verbal and written)
Prior experience in customer service
Basic familiarity with mac computers
High school graduate, university degree
Experience with Lightspeed Onsite an asset
Second language is an asset (Mandarin especially)
Mon – Sat availability, 5 day work week, hours 9-5:30 pm
