Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service and drive customer satisfaction when installing burglar alarm systems, fire alarms, and closed-circuit television systems (CCTVs). Our ideal candidate should be eager to learn, self-motivated, and a team player.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain burglar alarm systems, fire alarms, security cameras, and smart home systems
Maintain company provided service vehicle
Travel to customers’ locations to service them
Ability to use hand and power tools as needed
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Maintain security information confidential
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of one year of experience working with different types of alarm systems, such as installing burglar alarms, fire alarms, and security cameras
Extensive problem-solving skills and have the ability to work independently to identify and solve any technical problems that may arise
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese would be an asset
Valid driver’s license
Minimum high school diploma or an equivalent
