Reporting directly to the property manager, the position is responsible for providing superior quality hands on services and support to the Property Manager. If you are positive, detail-oriented and hardworking, we want to hear from you!
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
1. Conducts routine inspections of buildings and property
2. Performs preventive maintenance
3. Responds quickly and efficiently to tenant and property manager requests
4. Handles basic repairs and maintenance
5. Oversees contractors when professional repairs are necessary
6. Repairs machines, equipment, or structures as necessary
7. Performs light landscape maintenance in between contractor visits
8. Performs general cleaning such as litter pick-up, blowing, pressure washing of sidewalks and garbage enclosures, empty trash containers, window cleaning, dusting, etc.
9. Monitors the property for safety and security
10. Oversees Fire, Life, Safety systems to ensure compliance
11. Maintains accurate daily, weekly, monthly reporting as directed
12. Salt, Sand, Shovel snow and ice

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
1 years of experience as an onsite operator with exposure to different types and sizes of commercial properties
Strong understanding of building/property systems and operations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is a strong asset
Completion of high school diploma
Good knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Regular visiting portfolio properties, as directed by the Property Manager
