Vancouver Laser & Skin Care Centre is a physician directed cosmetic clinic that has been open since 1996. As one of the largest Aesthetic Medical Clinics in Canada, we specialize in non-surgical cosmetic enhancements.
The successful applicant should be able to multitask in a busy reception environment, have good attention to detail, and be able to work well in a team with effective communication. Proven sales skills is an asset. Verbal and written fluency in Mandarin is a must.
The position is full time – 5 days a week and must be available to work Saturday.
Day-to-day Responsibilities Include (but not limited to): *
Greeting patients
Answering incoming calls
Scheduling patient appointments
Taking payments
Educate patients on medical aesthetic treatments and skin care products
Update medical charts
