Responsibilities
Handling order issues and subsequent orders (complaints, user questions, etc.)
Help guests place an order
Coordination and communication with others
Responsible for work, good at finding problems and propose improvements actively
Requirements
Enthusiasm for work and willingness to develop with the team
Patient, responsible, warm and careful, willing to engage in customer service work
Fluent in English, strong communication skills
Adapt to change quickly, good anti-pressure ability
Morning shift or night shift, need to cooperate with shift arrangement
Big room for salary increase, good benefits
Understand Mandarin is an asset
