Youtooz is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our team. We are growing our monthly releases quickly and are looking for someone to help us get there on the manufacturing side. You’ll be responsible for building out, managing, reporting and optimizing our manufacturing and logistics pipeline for vinyl toys with partners in Vietnam and China all the way from design to end-customer shipping.
Responsibilities
Source and implement new manufacturing partners globally
Be responsible for the manufacturing and distribution of vinyl figures assigned to you by directly working with our manufacturing partners and managing the process from start to finish
Execute and improve upon our manufacturing and logistics pipeline
Create and share information on materials, manufacturing processes and shipping processes with relevant members of our design, executive, tech and operations team
Determine and report on key supply chain KPIs
Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our manufacturing and logistics partners
Develop and implement QA processes for our vinyl toy manufacturing
Project manage the steps in final design, manufacturing and logistics of the SKUs you are responsible for
Requirements
Highly analytical, critical thinking skills
2+ years of hands-on experience managing manufacturing + logistics for vinyl toys, or similar products
Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes required for vinyl toys
Knowledge and experience managing air/sea freight into US ports
Knowledge and experience of related regulations and requirements to the manufacturing and import of vinyl collectibles
Excellent time management, communication and people skills
B.A. in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Math or similar
Interest in being part of a fast growing consumer brand
Bonus Points
Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Maya, ZBrush and other related design programs used for the design of vinyl figures
Written or spoken Mandarin and/or Vietnamese
