Sr. Account Manager
Sr. Account Manager act as the person in managing the relationships with clients and agency. They are responsible for the coordination of resources needed to service projects, builds strategic plans, oversee budget and uphold quality of work. They must have an in-depth understand of their clients’ needs and objectives to balance expectations of clients with execution of projects that are creative, cost effective, and profitable.
The Sr. Account Manager will also play a positive role in Balmoral’s new business programme, providing industry insights and strategic thinking for both existing clients and new business RFPs. He/She will report to respective VPs/ADs & GAD of the agency.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Taking a lead as the primary contact with senior clients to provide learnings and insights in developing short and long term strategic marketing plans
· Liaising with clients at a senior level to develop a positive and partnering relationship with all clients
· Take the lead role in promoting the expansion of business with existing clients
· Working with other senior members to identify and proactively involved new business opportunities
· Ensure that agency team completes projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
· Motivate creative excellence and lead the team to provide the utmost level of client service
· Reporting of overall fiscal responsibilities for budgets and billings
· Support Account Directors in servicing of accounts
· Provide strategic insight
· Participate in event management projects as required
· Participate in team planning of creative ideas as required
· Leverage digital marketing experience and knowledge to provide and support the team with digital/social media market solutions
