Responsibilities:
Manage and organize career seminars/courses and workshops/events logistics, with a strong focus on virtual delivery (Zoom)
Contact and liaison professional mentor and instructors or organizations to organize, arrange and manage online career practice courses or workshops;
Cooperate with marketing and sales, academic planning teams to modify programs and design promotional material
Coordinate and organize online or physical marketing events
Manage participant/attendee graduate students logistics, including registration, confirmation and follow up reminders, as well as providing support
Manage students and instructors’ record
Draft different documents such as regulation, agreements, marketing materials etc.
Conduct research and update database information
Conduct counselling service to graduate students, which includes but not limited to resume writing, mock interview
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above in Human Resource, Career Development, Psychology etc
At least 3- years experience in an area such as education, human resource, career development, operations, or student services, with a professional background in recruitment, is an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills via the phone, e-mail & social and interpersonal skills
Superior interpersonal skills and able to present well
Time management skills; ability to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload with strong attention to detail
Native Mandarin language required
