Who are we?
Machobear Studio is an established tech start-up based in Vancouver. We are the creators of Liv.Rent, a platform that connects tenants with landlords (check us out at www.liv.rent and in the App store!). We are growing and on the lookout for a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our sales team. Students are welcome to apply, as we have both full-time and part-time options available.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of inbound requests by phone and email to effectively resolve customer issues
Answer customer inquiries through various social media channels, such as Facebook and Craigslist
Assist the sales team with onboarding new customers into our platform
Organize and maintain all physical and digital filing system
Upload listings in the company database
Capture customer feedback to relay to the product team
All other administrative duties as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING US:
Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role (ideally in SaaS)
Degree or diploma from a post-secondary institution
Strong customer service skills and excellent phone manners
Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Meticulous and never let any details fall through the cracks
A curious attitude where no job is too big or too small

Speak a second language (Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred)
