Position: *
To support our growth, we are looking to fill the position of *Supplier Quality Manager *on our *Procurement Team*. This role will be based in China, with a primarily focus on conducting inspections on final products to ensure material has been manufactured as per engineering requirements. This role reports directly to the Sourcing Manager.
_Key Duties and Responsibilities… about the role_*
Understanding Radial’s needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
Devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes
Setting requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitoring their compliance
Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback
Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements
Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
Solicit feedback from Radial Technical Team to assess whether requirements are met
Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures

Proven work experience as a Quality Manager or Supplier Quality Engineer
Conscientious and responsible
A keen eye for detail and a “results driven” approach
Outstanding communication skills
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Proficient in MS Office
Strong understanding of quality control and testing procedures based on global Quality Standards (ISO 9001 etc…)
Ability to determine root-cause using A3, 8D or other root-cause methodology.
Speak fluent Chinese/Mandarin
