Job description
As the part-time financial controller, you will be responsible for managing bookkeeping-related activities on a monthly basis, tax planning, and generating quarterly and annual financial reports for multiple 3 Bridges Properties Group’s subsidiaries.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
· Must have CPA accounting designation or other Canadian equivalents
· Must have 5 or more years of professional accounting experience
· Prior accounting experience must include 3 or more years in the development and construction industry focused on condominium and mixed-use buildings
· Experience in:
o full accounting cycle
o bank reconciliations
o tax planning for BC and Ontario taxes
o financial statements
o job cost analysis
o report design
o cash management
o data extraction and management
o budget
o multi-project management
o audit working papers
o fund management
o pivot table
· Proficient in Word, Excel and QuickBooks Software
· Fluent in English and Mandarin
· Flexibility in Work Schedule
