As Fitness Town continues to grow and expand we are always looking for new fitness consultants for positions at the associate level who have the potential to grow into a management position. We practice consultative selling to our customers; ensuring that we educate them on all their home-fitness options better than anyone else in the industry. We are committed to helping people become fitter one workout at a time.
- Duties – You will be asked to: *
- Excel in fitness consultations
- Have a thorough understanding of the consultative sales process
- Create repeat & referral business
- Maintain a positive workplace environment
- Excel in telephone skills
- Work retail hours, including weekends
- Perform daily responsibilities in store
- Be responsible for opening and closing of store
- Have Computer/POS skills.
- Assist in writing blog posts for Marketing initiatives
- Daily cleaning tasks
- Qualifications and Skills -* *we are looking for people who: *
- Have a successful track record
- Want to fast track to management
- Have a successful retail background or have experience managing in a retail environment
- Can lead a team or have experience in a leadership role
- Are self-motivated
- Care for their customers and their needs
- Are financially motivated
- Have a fitness background or interest in fitness/exercise
- Have a successful retail background or experience in a retail environment
- Portray and develop company strategy at store level
- Are open-minded, coachable and have the willingness to learn
- Ability to speak/understand Mandarin, Cantonese, Farsi or French would be an asset.
- Compensation/Benefits: *
- Average annual compensation range for Fitness Town associates is between $30,000 to $50,000 (performance based)
