As a Client Relationship Manager based in Toronto or Vancouver, you will be responsible for customer acquisition, building relationships with a wide range of institutional and retail clients in the foreign exchange space by providing high levels of service and swift execution.
Responsibilities
· Recommend new prospects and existing clients VirgoCX’s service offerings such as Cryptocurrency OTC, Foreign Exchange etc.
· Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
· Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
· Creating and maintaining a database of prospect clients
· Represent VirgoCX at different cryptocurrency-related events across Canada
· Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
· Working with the sales team when closing the sale
· Other tasks and projects indicated by the management team
Qualifications
· 2+ years of client development experience at a financial institution with specialization in foreign exchange
· Pre-existing relationships in the foreign exchange industry as well as high-net-worth clients
· Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people frequently
· Demonstrate knowledge and passion in cryptocurrency and blockchain
· Attention to detail
· Problem-solver and independent thinker
· Excellent communication skills
· Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
· Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a definite asset

Salary Range: $40,000 – $50,000 + Performance based bonus
