We have a full-time opportunity for a Content Integration Advisor.
As a Content Integration Advisor, you will coordinate and relay the technical specs and requirements to publishers, and guide them through the PressReader proprietary testing process.
This role is an integral part of our department and is responsible for ensuring smooth technical enrolment of new publishers’ content to our platform. You will be at the forefront of collaborating with and providing excellent service to all the publishers on our platform.

In this role, you will:
- Configure production and process digital newspapers and magazines replicas from around the world
- Provide technical support and services to our international clients and publishing partners
- Create and maintain information and data in our backend systems and catalogs
- Test and launch new titles and e-paper projects
- Liaise and collaborate with multiple internal and remote departments and teams to ensure clear communication on every technical and content needs
- Relay technical specs and requirements to publishers while guiding them through the PressReader testing process
- Provide quality control and assurance measures
You are a great fit if you have:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language
- Exceptional analytical and listening skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Proficiency in a Microsoft Windows Environment (legacy and current OS)
- Understanding of basic networking protocols such as FTP, HTTP, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP
- Efficiency working in a team and ability to be self-sufficient requiring minimal supervision
Bonus points if you:
- An understanding of programming, scripting, databases or networking
- Have knowledge of the publishing industry, digital and print media and/or journalism
- Master an additional language such as Spanish, French, German, Chinese or Russian (written and oral)
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat
- Have a strong interest in the technology sector
This role is a full-time position based in our Richmond, BC office. Working from home is available during the Covid pandemic.Applicants must be legally able to work in Canada.
