Meinhardt Fine Foods is seeking a Marketing and Corporate Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is a permanent, Full-Time and based at Meinhardt Fine Foods – South Granville in Vancouver, BC. This role reports to the Meinhardt General Manager
The Marketing and Corporate Sales Coordinator develops the marketing, website and E-commerce materials for Meinhardt Fine Foods to build a consistent brand. The Marketing and Corporate Sales Coordinator works with the General Manager to strategically plan for and achieve increased sales.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administration of the website structure and content, E-commerce, traditional advertising and marketing initiatives, digital brand imaging enterprises, mobile initiatives and social media usage
Contact existing Meinhardt B2B customer base to obtain orders for the upcoming holiday season and throughout the year
Oversee the corporate sales gift box and catering programs in an acting sales lead capacity
Take orders by phone/email and provide our corporate clients with information on product options, pricing and availability
Source new accounts, maximize sales saturation and profitability and promote products for ongoing sales throughout the year
Integrate customer accounts through POS; data mine and upload client account details from Web sales and previous invoices
Work with GM/Store Manager to create in store promotions and build social media awareness
Provide Social Media / In-store marketing content and strategy direction
Oversee the implementation of SMS Retail Floor including POS, Marketing, Corporate Sales and Perpetual Warehouse Inventory
Graphic Design of display layouts and promotions
Act as key liaison with our website development and e-commerce platform development companies and our IT Department
Manage day to day activities and content on website
Work with Data Analysis Coordinator to provide in-depth Google Analytics performance analysis and develop and measure KPI’s
First point of contact for customer service enquiries
Perform other duties and tasks assigned or required
Qualifications Required:
Corporate Sales experience is required
Previous experience in, or extensive knowledge of, the grocery and hospitality industries
Digital Marketing experience, including E-commerce, social media, mobile app and website involvement
Post-Secondary degree or certificate in business, marketing, or online communication is preferred
Second language is an asset: Cantonese, Mandarin
Willing/able to work from Meinhardt Fine Foods – South Granville with some travel between locations as needed
Extremely strong with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop Suite and experience with graphic design are required
Excellent understanding of Social Media
Solid understanding of courier logistics and FedEx, Canada Post tracking systems
Good oral and written communication skills with knowledge of office practices
Self-motivated, proactive and solution-oriented and able to work well within a team
Excellent organizational skills, time-management skills and an attention to detail
Ability to maintain focussed concentration for extended periods will be required for extensive use of computers, data entry and analyzing printouts, and other materials
