POSITION: CRM Specialist (Customer Relation Specialist)
DEPARTMENT: Head Office – Marketing
REPORTS TO: Marketing Director
STATUS: Permanent Full-time
SALARY: $18/hour + Benefits

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented person to work closely with other departments to ensure seamless process of lead management. The ideal candidate should show an abundance of initiative, and be able to take responsibility for acquiring prospective customers from multiple sources including existing lead lists, social media, niche groups and your own research to generate new leads, then develop the lead into the next stage in the sales process.
Responsibilities and Duties (_What do you do?)_
Lead Generation (40% of workload)
Lead Acquisition across Canada & USA with traditional & innovative approaches
Initiative in reaching and search new customers
Achieving weekly/monthly lead acquisition target
Manage prospective customer relations, providing product information, follow up, booking appointment.
Lead Management (50% of workload)
Nurture leads through email, text, Facebook message, phone and other communication method.
Develop prospective customers by answering questions and suggesting suitable products.
Keeping complete and accurate records of the CRM process.
Must install Facebook Page App on your own smartphone for managing leads from Facebook.
Understand key customer segments, uncovering opportunities within the data.
Social Media (10% of workload)
Ensuring all customer inquiries are responded promptly, courteously and properly.
Finding materials to engage with our followers on social media
Generate contents and followers
Daily Routine
Prioritize and execute tasks in an energetic, fast-paced environment.
Results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge of related KPIs and ROI analysis.
Full understanding of OSIM brand and OSIM products
Qualifications and Skills (_Who you are?)_
Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills to maintain a good relationship with our clients.
1 or more years in customer service or sales experience
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
Excellent understanding of social media
Professional can-do attitude with demonstrated commitment to a great customer experience
Effective time management, multi-task and organization skills.
Team-oriented, reliable, driven, excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
