Responsibilities:
· Be responsible for daily accounting operations, maintaining proper books and records and month end close;
· Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements;
· Assist with activities related to cash flow, taxes and all other statutory documentation requirements;
· Liaise with internal/external parties relating to finance matters;
· Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by management;
· Report to a Financial Controller.
Requirements:
· Passionate in promoting green lifestyle and enjoy foods;
· Degree holder in Accountancy or related disciplines, professional qualification is preferred ;
· Minimum 5 years of managing full set of books in manufacturing and trading environment;
· Experience with manufacturing costing and R&D is definitely an advantage;
· Hands on experience with Quick Books. Knowledge with Oracle NetSuite is an added advantage;
· Ability to work independently under tight deadlines;
· Self-starter and initiative driven;
· Dependable with high level of integrity;
· Preferably bilingual (Chinese/English);
· Stationed in Burnaby, Canada;
· Immediately available is highly preferred.
