We are looking for a confident and competent Office Administrator to support one of our clients based in South Vancouver. This is a permanent part-time in office opportunity. You will be working with a smaller team in an industrial environment. If you are a team player and can wear multiple hats then this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Office operations
- Handling customers calls
- Communicating with vendors
- Basic bookkeeping
- Calendar management
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Must Haves –
- Someone who is well organized
- Office Management experience
- Speaks Chinese and English
- Basic bookkeeping
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
