We are searching for a high-energy Account Executive, bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred, who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. With their extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, Account Executives will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value.
The ideal candidates will be skilled communicators and presenters who can find the best fit between our clients and products, maintain positive client relations, and strategize on enhancing the customer experience.
This is a Full-Time Contract role with potential to turn into a permanent position for the right fit.
In this role, you will:
Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities
Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
Define the overall approach for specific territories, regions, develop work plans, and create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data
Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of accounts and provide reports as needed
Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
Stay current on company offerings and industry trends.
Articulate and update clients on Wondershare products and developments
Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
Basic Qualifications:
Diploma in business, marketing, information Technology or related field.
2 years of experience working in an account management or inside sales role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Superb organization skills and attention to detail.
Ability to understand client needs and handle sales negotiation.
Tech savvy with strong time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in the speaking, listening, reading and writing of both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Experience in product promotion within the ICT industry.
Experience managing Sales Funnel activities through CRM software.
