A real estate development and investment company headquartered in Hong Kong is looking for an experienced accounting manager to oversee the investments in Vancouver.
Responsibilities
- Report directly to the CEO
- Prepare monthly financial statements in an accurate and timely
- Manage the operation and project cash forecast, and funding plans
- Lead and prepare year-end financials and audits
- Work closely with development partner to monitor the development process
- Prepare project proformas to assist management in appraising projects / opportunities
- Lead/Assist on special projects and/or ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate property accounting/project accounting/financial analysis
- Self motivated with excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English
- A professional accounting designation such as CPA is preferred
