A & H Stone Ltd. (A&H) is a leading fabricator of granite, marble and quartz to prestigious building contractors, developers, and members of the public throughout the Lower Mainland. With over 80,000 square feet of fabrication space, more than 20 years of experience in the industry, the latest technology of CNC and qualified craftsmen specializing in customized stone products. We specialize in supply and install stone countertops, fireplaces, and wall claddings. Our projects include commercial and residential units.
Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk
Primary Responsibilities Include: (but not limited to):
- Manage and perform collections; inquire status of payment and reach out to past due customers
- Bank reconciliation
- Create, manage, and document purchase orders
- Process customer invoices for new sales orders
- Monitor accounts receivable inbox and ensure inquires are resolved in a timely manner
- Post customer payments and perform end of day cash reconciliation
- Charge back reconciliation and resolving unauthorized deductions
- Prepare and review daily shipment/credit hold report
Requirements, Experience & Skills
- 1+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Valid Canadian SIN
- Understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Additional language skills is an asset (Cantonese/Mandarin) due to high Chinese clientele.
- Strong knowledge of credit and collection management
- Strong customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- Strong computer skills, file management and experience in Excel
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with ability to balance with speed
Compensation and Benefits:
- Group Extended Health, Dental and Vision Care Plan is provided after 6 months.
