How Much:

What- the Role:
Our client is seeking a new Accounts Receivable Clerk who will be responsible for invoicing, cash applications, soft corporate collections, credit checks, and AR process improvements. This is within a multi-currency, multi-national, multi-entity company, so there is a good deal of interesting complexity for the AR specialist to get to know! Candidates can be at junior or intermediate level within AR, and salary will adjust accordingly.
Who- the Candidate:
We are looking for an individual with at least 1 full year of full-cycle AR and collections work experience. Prior work experience in other relevant areas such as AP, customer service, and corporate administration will also be valued. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, V look-ups, etc.) is required. Candidates will have a friendly, clear, and professional communication style.

Experience using an ERP such as JD Edwards, SAP, or Oracle.

Multi-lingual- this company has operations in over a dozen countries, so there are quite a few languages that would be beneficial! French, Mandarin, Cantonese, etc.
Where:
The company is headquartered in Richmond in a beautiful corporate office- transit accessible, right off a highway, free employee parking. Once they have completed full-time training in the office, the AR Clerk can choose to work from the office full-time or can work from home 1-2 days a week.
