  • We are looking for an outgoing go-getter Administrative Assistant to join our Vancouver office!*

This role is an integral part of the Miniso Team in the Vancouver office, reporting to the CEO and departmental Managers. We are looking for a well-rounded team player with the ability to work with a sense of urgency, multi-task, and prioritize work. Having experience with Administration and knowledge of some Human Resources is an asset, as this role contributes to the general administration of the office, as well as provides support to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the CEO and support executive operational needs
  • Support departments in various projects and processes, including but not limited to creating ad-hoc reports as required
  • Participate and manage operational tasks including employee rewards, building maintenance issues, and any other requests/tasks required
  • Coordinate and assist onboarding and offboarding employees
  • Plan, organize, and implement business meetings, corporate calendars, and town-hall meetings
  • Participate in organizing office communications, maintaining contact lists, tracking and ordering office supplies, and any other general office administrative duties

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Administration or similar
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative support role
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven decision-making skills
  • Quick learner with a flexible working style
  • Ability to speak Mandarin an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
